**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, provide recommendations, and develop proposals.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance services, scheduling visits and addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell additional services and enhancements to existing clients.
- Monitor project progress and financials, providing regular updates to clients and management.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of plant materials, landscape design principles, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
