What You’ll Do: The Architectural Designer I will support our architectural and engineering teams in delivering thoughtful, functional, and innovative design solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about design and eager to grow within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to project development from conceptual design through construction documentation, gaining valuable hands-on experience under the mentorship of licensed architects. Our Architecture Group focuses on projects in the fields of: Large Commercial / Public Sector Federal/Dept of Defense / military Community/Municipal projects (civic centers, libraries, govt’ buildings, recreation), Education (higher education and K-12) Justice Residential Workplace Hospitality Healthcare Historic Restoration Religious Facilities Key Responsibilities: Performs a variety of routine design assignments, with increasing responsibility, under the direction of a project manager, or architect. Work closely with senior designers to develop design solutions and implement them into drafted construction documents. Support and assist project teams in the development a project’s design, documentation, and administration during all phases of the project Work towards professional registration and career growth. What You’ll Bring: Graduate of an accredited BArch / BS in Architecture or MArch (Master of Architecture) program. Seeking to proactively gain experience in all phases of project design, construction documentation and construction materials. Knowledge of Revit.
