Job Summary
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Events Assistant within our dynamic and innovative team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and product launches to social gatherings and community events.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials and services are provided on time.
Maintain event budgets and assist in financial tracking throughout event planning.
Help in the preparation of event materials, including brochures, signage, and promotional items.
Support on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the event.
Facilitate registration and guest check-in processes, creating a welcoming environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to team goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the events industry.
