Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that will help ensure the smooth operation of both our daily activities and long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed for meetings and projects.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating logistics and arrangements.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date and easily accessible.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
