Full Charge Bookkeeper -
Jr Controller Level expertise with accounting degree, very experienced with small business is a plus.  

Able to do everything associated with Quick Books Online to generate comprehensive and excellent financial statements Accounting platform.  

Experience and competency with QuickBooks Online is a must.

Personal accounting, and accounting for three small commercial properties income and expenses.
No inventory or COGS.  Cash basis Accounting.  We expect timely completed monthly financials to be completed by the 12th of the following month.

Responsibilities include:
- Recording financial transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
-Accurate GL Entries, supported by owner's verification of unknown GLs
-Use of Rules and automation to save time
- Managing a few invoices
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Maintaining accurate general ledgers
- Preparing financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
-uploading transactions automatically in Quick Books
- Managing invoices, entering invoices and connecting invoice images and ensuring timely payments.
- Produce monthly rental invoices for leased properties.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reviewing financials to determine inconsistencies in expenses or income on P&L
- Preparing year end financials for CPA to complete tax filings
- Using QuickBooks for all data entry and reporting
- Must be very experienced with Excel and QBO (5 + years)
- Communicating with vendors or 3 clients regarding billing issues
- Reviewing financials to identify discrepancies
