We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our Washington D.C. office has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of petitions and visa applications. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

This is not a remote opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work from our DC office with opportunity for hybrid work schedule after 3-6 months.

Requirements:
  • Degree from accredited college or university OR paralegal certification is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business immigration paralegal
  • Knowledge of Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) and Immigrant Visa (IV) processes
  • Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required.
  • Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Benefits:

In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $63,680 and $95,520.   This position qualifies for the benefits below.
