Pediatric Dentist

We are in search of a Pediatric Dentist for a full-time position in Sarasota, FL at this FFS Pediatric Office.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay Based on % of Collection- 33% and Up, Depending on Experience
• Initial Daily Guarantee- $1200- $1600, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

• Office is Open Monday- Friday
• 5 Day is Ideal, 4 Days May be an Option
• 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm
• Office Offers 1-2 Days of Sedation a Month, Using CRNA
• Must be Comfortable Working Out of Multiple Chairs
• Must Be Comfortable Being a Sole Provider
• Possibility of Covering 2 Offices Within 10 Minutes of Each Other
• Conduct meetings with patients and parents to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans for better dental hygiene
• Perform various dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and in some cases, root canals, crowns, and orthodontic treatments

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
• Graduate of a Pediatric Residency Program Required
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
