Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events. This position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for event management. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the event planning team to ensure that all events run smoothly and efficiently, from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Help create promotional materials for events and manage event registrations.
• Set up event spaces, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment for attendees.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any issues that arise.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
