Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For • Minimum 7+ years of substantive divorce/family law experience, with exposure to high-asset and complex cases • Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing legal teams or associates • Excellent communication, trial preparation, and client counseling skills • Tech-forward mindset; familiarity with practice-management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project delivery • Passion for delivering empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive cases Qualifications: Application Requirements • To ensure alignment, please include the following: • Validate your 7+ years of divorce/family law practice; • Describe supervisory experience or leadership of legal teams; • Share a recent case example involving complex strategy or high assets; • Confirm your ability to work in-office in White Plains, NY.   Only candidates who include all requested details and meet minimum qualifications will be considered.
